REGIONAL SALES, SERVICES & SUPPORT
TRG PRM realises the importance of proper installation and training on a new system and therefore ensures that our consultants are experienced and trained to effectively offer clients a valuable resource.
Our consultants are not only technical, they also have extensive experience in professional training and industry related functions. This allows them to truly understand the needs and challenges faced by industry today.
Many situations require the ability to migrate existing systems or the facility to provide interoperability of the Maintenance Connection© software with existing systems. These services are provided directly by TRG PRM or outsourced to specialised contractors. Our services not only include implementation, support, and training but also customisation and application development to clients where required.
With seasoned leadership, Dries Schoeman and Barry Wood have a successful track record in Maintenance Management Systems.
“We know the kind of support you need and we’re here to make sure you get it. We want you to be proficient and enthusiastic users of Maintenance Connection, so we assign each customer with a personal Account Manager to handle your every need. At TRG PRM, our goal is to delight you with our services and to take your success personally.”
CMMS Benefits & Features
Work order and equipment history data (e.g. types of repairs, frequency of repairs and failure causes) can be used to identify trends, eliminate failures and improve equipment reliability, resulting in reduced equipment downtime.
EXTEND EQUIPMENT LIFE
CMMS features such as preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) help extend the life of equipment by automating PM schedules, uncovering equipment failures before they happen and triggering alerts for technicians to take necessary actions.
ENHANCE SERVICE REQUEST PROCESS
Advanced CMMS software can monitor backlogs, help determine priorities and produce schedules to control and improve work service requests and customer satisfaction.
IMPROVE PLANNING & PRODUCTIVITY
CMMS software provides the requisite systems and procedures to establish a more effective maintenance planning and scheduling function, a key contributor to improved labor utilization and customer service.
GAIN MAINTENANCE INTELLIGENCE
Add, modify and track in-depth information about work completed, materials used, performance of assets, equipment manufacturer details and more using work order and asset management in CMMS.
IMPROVE PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
With maintenance data and information stored in a single, digital repository, managers can analyze productivity, PM compliance, equipment downtime and more, for improved performance and service.
Canned and custom reports allow maintenance managers to extract and analyze data to set internal benchmarks and surface insights to improve maintenance operations.
OPTIMIZE INVENTORY AND REDUCE STOCK OUTS
Maintaining accurate inventory records, stock levels and stock location helps maintenance teams avoid excess or missing parts, improving overall operations. CMMS software provides the means for effective management and control of inventories.
